The band begins to play the appropriate number, but Midge runs back out and stops them when she realizes that the next act is actually Sapphira - Lonely Harem girl. The band begrudgingly switches to playing her number as Midge storms off and questions Boise about the last-minute change-up.

S4E6 - The band performs the Windy City number as Boise runs down a list of accomplished tasks with Midge. They are present afterwards as Midge does her set and Boise looks on horrified at the overwhelmingly female audience.
S4E7 - The band performs the Wizard of Oz number as Imogene visits Midge backstage and Gloria tips Midge off about the Kennedy gig.
S4E8 - The band performs an elaborate “Femininity” number employing many of the dancers as Midge comes in from the hospital to do a single set. They are present as she does her set and it turns maudlin, then they continue to play music in the background as Midge goes backstage and encounters Lenny. The music is cut off when the police raid the club and all hell breaks loose. The band members flee in various directions.
