S5E9 - Meg repeatedly attempts to do Midge’s makeup for her appearance on the show, but she naysays everything that Meg attempts to do. For a while, Midge insist that Meg is the professional here and she should keep trying, but eventually Midge accedes that she should probably just do her own makeup, and Meg leaves.

MEG: You sure you wouldn't like to do it?
MIDGE: Please. You're the professional.

• Meg Phillips, who plays Meg, also worked as Rachel Brosnahan’s stand-in on the third, fourth and fifth seasons. This means that she played Midge in shots where Midge’s face is not shown. Stand-ins are commonly used in the industry, as they allow big-name actors to work fewer hours. Meg Phillips has worked quite a bit as a stand-in, including for Natalie Portman in Black Swan (2010) and for Keri Russell in the fifth and sixth seasons of The Americans (2013-2018).
