Biography
S3E3 - Lester can be seen on the flight out to Vegas, sitting directly in front of Midge and Susie.
S3E3 - Midge sits in on Shy's sound-check frustrations. Carole, Billy, Slim, Henry, Lester, Dede, Martha and Dawn are all present as well. Shy laments briefly with Midge, then gets back to it, berating Lester for his choice of shirt.
S3E5 - In Florida, Lester and the rest of the band play “Almost Like Being in Love” as Midge gets off stage and discovers Lenny waiting for her at the bar.
S3E6 - Lester performs with the rest of the band the night Rose comes to watch.
S3E6 - Lester performs with the rest of the band the night Shy does his stool set.
S3E8 - Susie visits a barbershop in Harlem to listen to the Ingo vs. Patterson boxing match with Reggie and the gang (Henry, Billy, Slim, Lester, etc).
S3E8 - Midge arrives late to The Apollo. The Hines Brothers are already on stage, performing their signature tap-dance, accompanied by Shy's band, including Dizz Rippington, Tim, and Lester (who later return for Shy's set).
S4E5 - At Shy's wedding, Midge notices that none of the band she knew from the tour are present. She confronts Shy in the bathroom and asks him about Lester, Tommy, Carole, Slim, and the rest of the gang, to which he weakly replies that he wanted a new sound. Later, Lou pulls Midge and Susie aside to bribe them into silence about Shy's sexuality, and he explains that the absence of Reggie and the band was orchestrated by him and his partners in order to exert greater control over Shy.
