Real person. Saxophonist and band leader. Gordon Ford Show guest.

S5E3 - On Monday evening, at a taping of The Gordon Ford Show, Midge stands apart from the other writers in shame for making a noise during the taping last Friday as Gordon wraps up an interview with John Coltrane.

GORDON: How has working with Thelonious Monk influenced how you play?
JOHN: Well, no one hits the keys like Thelonious.
GORDON: No, no argument here.
JOHN: He finds notes I didn't even know existed, and I can't say I haven't borrowed a few over the years.
