S3E3 - As Midge and Susie return to their rooms from gambling their first night in Vegas, Midge spots Howard hitting on Carole, and Carole having none of it.

S3E3 - Later, as Midge hosts a food party for the band in the kitchen, Midge and Carole meet properly and Howard makes another quick pass at Carole.

S3E5 - While chatting with Midge, Carole mentions that she charges her room service to Howard’s room, and he’s never noticed.

HOWARD: Come on, Carole.
CAROLE: Go to your room, Howard.
HOWARD: But your room's right here. One drink.
CAROLE: Worst offer I've had today, Howard.

HOWARD: Hello, Carole.

MIDGE: You pay for all this on your per diem?
CAROLE: No. I charge it to Howard's room.
MIDGE: You're kidding.
CAROLE: For the last three years.
MIDGE: Does he know?
CAROLE: Howard doesn't know anything but how to tune a piano.
MIDGE: And by “tune a piano,” you mean…?
CAROLE: He's the piano tuner.
MIDGE: Oh. Okay. So literally tune… Sometimes words mean different things. I got it now.
