Biography
S5E4 - Susie vacillates between awe and bewilderment as she watches the inaugural performance of Private Waste Management: A Musical Journey in Three Acts. After the opening number, Midge emerges from a trash can and delivers exposition about how the garbage men allow for the peace of city life. Behind her, various Happy City People mill about, including an androgynous person in a green coat and bowtie opening up their shop for the day. All of the Happy City People (apart from the mother) later reappear in the final number, in which nearly the entire cas sing a bittersweet farewell, then take their final bow.
S5E4 - The ensemble cast of Private Waste Management: A Musical Journey in Three Acts do their best to do the second and final performance of the show exactly the same as the first, despite the fact that Midge is grumpy and deliberately trying to ruin it.

Trivia
- Madeline Rodrigue also appears earlier in the episode as one of the Tulips in the Turf and Landscape show. It is possible that the two are the same character, as they both worked as dancers at the same Expo. Additionally, she appeared as an Oklahoma Maid Dancer in season 3 episode 2.
