Abe’s co-worker at Bell Labs.

S2E6 - Abe introduces Devlin to Noah, who is visiting. Later, Devlin acts as a witness when Abe is read in on Noah’s clearance.

S2E9 - When Abe’s project is delayed due to equipment availability, Devlin does crosswords to pass the time. He does get a phone call, causing Abe’s ears to perk up, but he dismisses it as a wrong number.

S2E10 - When Abe tries to defend Midge’s actions then quits, Devlin is called into the secure room as a witness.

DEVLIN: Afternoon, Abe.
ABE: Devlin. Ah. Devlin's my mechanical engineer. A real whiz. Devlin, this is my son Noah.
DEVLIN: I figured as much. Abe's been talking about you non-stop.
NOAH: Well, it's in his genetic profiling to boast about his offspring.
DEVLIN: Nice meeting you.
– S2E6

ABE: (sighs) Guys, I've been over and over this, but I'm just not understanding why…
DEVLIN: Why what, Abe?
ABE: Why we're still waiting on all our equipment.
DEVLIN: Must be a backlog. Hey, Abe, four-letter word, mountain range in Russia.
ABE: Ural.
DEVLIN: Yes!
ABE: I checked in with all the other teams. They're not experiencing backlogs.
– S2E9

DEVLIN: A.I. Nine, this is Devlin. Uh-huh. Got it. Yes, yes, I understand. Will do. Thanks.
ABE: What was that?
DEVLIN: Wrong number.
