Owner of Jimmy’s Hideaway Bar & Grill.

S2E8 - Bob emerges to find Ricky with a bleeding nose from Joel’s punch. He asks what’s going on, and Joel explains that Ricky was trying to stiff the talent, and gives Bob a talking to about giving his nephew that position of power in the first place.

BOB: Hey, your nose is bleeding. I miss something here?
JOEL: You the owner?
BOB: Yeah.
JOEL: You let guys like that run your business?
BOB: He's my sister's kid.
JOEL: Family's nice. Doesn't mean he can run your business. Get some people working for you who respect the talent. That's talent. She could put this shithole on the map someday. Wake the fuck up.
SUSIE: Yeah, and you also have to buy your janitor a new plunger. The one in there is old and sad and lost its suction.
BOB: Sure.
