===== Quotes & Dialogue =====

> MIDGE: Yeah, sorry, Mama, this place is just not right for you guys. \\ JOAN: I still can't figure out how that pigeon got in. \\ MIDGE: I'm guessing the bathroom window that's stuck open. \\ ROSE: Who is that? \\ MIDGE: It's the real estate agent, Joan. \\ JOAN: Hi, Mrs. Weissman. Sorry about the pigeon. \\ MIDGE: We'll find you the right apartment, Mama. This is New York, there's a million of them. All right. Bye. \\ JOAN: It's a tough market. Especially in their price range. I'll keep looking. \\ MIDGE: Thanks. \\ JOAN: You all used to live right up the street there, didn't you? At 385? \\ MIDGE: Used to. \\ JOAN: Such a beautiful building. Well, tell your mother not to worry. We'll find something. \\ – S3E7
