New York-based FBI Agent who lives on the Upper West Side.

===== Biography =====

S4E4 - At Midge's apartment, Abe, Asher and Michael Kessler meet with Agent Webber from the FBI. He is clearly ready to let the whole thing go after one or two cursory questions, but Abe, still piqued with jealousy from the night before, decides to sabotage Asher by pinning the whole thing on him. He also brings up the time that Asher vandalized the stock exchange in 1923, a crime not yet on the FBI's radar, in which Abe had no part. Alarmed at this dramatic turn of events, Michael quickly pulls Webber aside and attempts to do damage control.
